Starting January 2025 the monthly assessment is $102.00 per unit.
Assessments are due on the 1st of the month. Payments must be received by the 15th of the month to avoid interest and late fees.
It is strongly recommended to setup an Auto Pay for peace of mind and to avoid late fees.
The following methods may be used to pay assessments:
Within the c1pm.cincwebaxis.com homeowner portal, you can set up automatic recurring payments through your bank account at no cost. Alternatively, you can choose one-time payments also.
Notes:
You can set up an automatic recurring payment so the withdrawn amount will automatically change if the assessment is changed.
It's recommended to set the payment day between 5th and 10th of the month.
